DOJ official says Jill Biden should be charged for ‘elder abuse’

Leo Terrell Accuses Jill Biden of “Elder Abuse” Over President Biden’s Health

Leo Terrell, a former civil rights attorney and Fox News commentator now serving as a senior counselor at the DOJ (appointed by Donald Trump), has stirred controversy by accusing First Lady Jill Biden of “elder abuse.” The comment came after reports that President Joe Biden has advanced prostate cancer.

Responding to a post on X alleging Jill Biden knew about her husband’s health and still encouraged him to run for office, Terrell wrote: “Elder abuse! Criminal charges??” He went on to repost messages accusing her of domestic violence and defrauding the public, with one extreme post even suggesting those responsible should be “shot.”

Critics quickly pushed back, noting Jill Biden holds a doctorate in education, not medicine, and wouldn’t be expected to diagnose prostate cancer. Many saw Terrell’s remarks as inflammatory and politically motivated.

Donald Trump Jr. and former President Trump also weighed in, questioning how the cancer went undetected. However, others labeled the accusations baseless and cruel.

President Biden later addressed the diagnosis on X, sharing a photo with Jill and writing: “Cancer touches us all… Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”
